Five barbed needles work at once, catching the wool fibers and driving them down into your base fabric. The barbs do the work — they tangle the fibers so thoroughly that the wool just stays put. No thread. No glue. No stitching. It feels a little like magic the first time.
The spring action means you're not muscling it. Punch, release, punch. Your hand doesn't get tired the way it does with a bare needle, which matters when you're filling in a whole motif.
Comes with a clear locking cover, so the business end stays covered between sessions. (These needles are sharp. Seriously sharp. Respect them.)
Use it for appliqué on sweaters and coats, covering larger areas fast, and anything where you want to build up shape quickly. When you get down to the fussy details, switch to the Pen Style tool.
