In 1996, Ewe-nique Knits opened in this Royal Oak location as a 700 square foot shop. We purchased the store in 2005 from the original owners, expanding to now having 2400 square feet. The added space gives us lots of room for a wide selection of yarn and fiber, as well as space for spinning, weaving, classes, and other events.

Our welcoming shop serves Royal Oak, Ferndale, Berkley, Warren, Birmingham, and the surrounding areas with hand picked yarns, fibers, patterns, and other tools for your latest knitting or crocheting projects. We are a full service shop—offering help on projects (whether you purchased with us or not), yarn winding (in-shop purchases only), and advice for knitters and crocheters from novice to expert.

Over the years, our hair styles have changed, but our values are still the same. Offer beautiful yarns, be respectful and create to bring joy.
