Prairie, from Blue Sky Fibers, a brushed suri yarn that's 100% alpaca! Prairie is all natural and an excellent alternative for lace weight mohair.

Prairie’s unique blend consists of 53% Suri Alpaca/47% Baby Huacaya Alpaca. The combination of softness from the Suri Alpaca and the structure from the Baby Huacaya Alpaca creates a magnificent yarn. Light, airy, and soft, this single-ply, fingering weight yarn.

Six of our favorite classic Malabrigo colors and one custom color create this colorful palette. Cedar, named after our location in Cedar, Minnesota is a custom color that you won’t find anywhere else!
