All About Magic Loop

Pre-requisite: Mastered basic knitting and have used a circular knitting needle to make a hat.

Homework: Cast on in your choice of 20 stitches to your needle size on a 32” or 40” knitting needle and bring to class ready to begin class.

Course Overview: Wondering about the value of learning magic loop? This is the class for you! You'll learn the technique of knitting in the round with a 32” or 40" cable needle for small circumference knitting needs. Closing the top of a hat, sweater sleeves, socks, necks of tops, preemie hat & toys are some examples of projects using this technique.

Class Supplies:
Yarn: 50 yards of worsted weight yarn
Knitting needles: 32” or 40” US# 7, 8 or 9
